You may recall rumors swirling back in January that Chris Evans was in talks to portray Gene Kelly in a biopic. Since then, not much has come to light in regards to how that project is going. At the LA press junket for The Gray Man, Evans told Sharronda Williams from Pay or Wait “we’re still trying to get it on on its feet.” Last month, he spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of Lightyear and said, “God, I’m dying to get that thing on its feet, no pun intended”. Sounds like he is very passionate about this project so it’s on a matter of time before it sees the light.
So far, all we know is that the untitled film is based a 12-year-old boy that works on the MGM Lot in the 50s that ends up finding an imaginary friend in Kelly. Attached to the project are Mark Kassen, Rian Johnson and Ram Bergman whom will produce through their company, T-Street Productions.

I'm a big movie buff that also loves NFL football. Interviewing talent associated with films is one of my favorite things to do as there is nothing more special then diving into a project with the people who made them happen.
