You read that right! This is happening! The cult classic, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, is receiving an anime adaptation and Netflix has picked it up. As if that wasn’t exciting enough, the entire cast from the live-action film are returning as their respective characters. The stacked cast brings back Michael Cera, Chris Evans, Brie Larson, Kieran Culkin, Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and so many others.
The original being released in 2010 and gained a massive fan base almost instantly, in addition to the avid supporters of the books. There is no set date on when this will release on the streaming platform but the fact that it’s even happening is enough to hold us over
