Apple TV+ released a sneak peek clip from the fifth episode of Presumed Innocent, the new limited series starring and executive produced by Academy Award and Tony Award nominee Jake Gyllenhaal.
The episode it titled “Pregame” and it’s described as Rusty insisting that he is innocent, but the weight of the looming trial pushes the Sabich family to its breaking point. The show is shaping up to be one of Apple TV+’s best projects as it has been well received by audiences.
The new episode from multi-Emmy Award winners David E. Kelley and J.J. Abrams premieres globally on Wednesday, July 3 on Apple TV+, with a new episode premiering weekly until July 24th.
The series follows Rusty Sabich as he investigates the murder of his mistress Carolyn Prometheus. Things take a turn when he becomes a suspect in her murder in a twist of events. The 8 episodes gives us a taste of everything from obsession, anxiety, sex, lies, and politics as we get closer and closer to finding out whether Sabich is innocent or not.
